Accommodation
The lime farmhouse has a symmetrical distribution consisting of 4 bathrooms with shower and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Capacity: 16 people (2 of them people on sofa bed).

- 4 double bedrooms with double bed
- 2 triple rooms (bunk bed + single bed)
- 4 full bathrooms with shower

Household equipment
Each house includes a fireplace, heating, gas cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, television, hair dryer, coffee machine and toaster. You will also be provided with:
Bed linen, blankets, towels, bathroom mats and fire for the fireplace.
There is also a hairdryer, shampoo and gel dispensers for shower and hand soap. Outside the house you have a large barbeque, outside tables, a magnificent swimming pool, sun beds, an awning and a play area for children.
There is a large parking area which fits 8 cars.
There is also a room where you will find the
washing machine and clothes horse.

Deposit
The booking shall not take effect until the guest transfers a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay to Santander Bank, account number IBAN: ES41 0049 2565 9627 1432 1573. SWIFT: BSCH ES MM XXX
Payment
The guest shall pay the total amount of the booking (minus the amount of the deposit) in cash upon arrival. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer three business days before arrival by transferring the money to Santander Bank, account number IBAN: ES41 0049 2565 9627 1432 1573. SWIFT: BSCH ES MM XXX
Booking cancellation policy
if the guest decides to cancel the booking after it has been made and the deposit transferred:
- 100% of the deposit shall be returned if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the first day of the booking.
- None of the deposit shall be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to the first day of the booking.
Arrival/Departure times
These shall be established in the pre-rental agreement. If there are no conflicting bookings the times shall be decided by both parties.
High Season includes: Christmas holidays (from Christmas to Three Kings), Easter, from 1 July to 15 September, the Castanyada (1 November) and the Purísima – Constitución bank holidays (6 to 8 December). We reserve the right to consider other specific dates as High Season, these may vary from year to year.
